Michael J. Levenson
Managing Partner and FAA DT DER mlevenson@8110DER.comMichael possesses Part 23 & 25 approval authority for static and fatigue analyses of structural designs, alterations and repairs. He has extensive experience designing and approving structural alterations and repairs as well as managing numerous military modification programs. He has +10 years experience as a DER working under the Long Beach, Witchita, and Atlanta ACO's. Michael holds Master's Degrees in Aeronautical Engineering, Law, and Business Administration.
Michael H. Brooks
Electrical Systems DERMike has more than 35 years of aircraft experience. He has been a Systems DER Chart C-2 for 16 years with the Los Angeles Aircraft Certification Office. He specializes in research, development, integration, installation and testing for Avionics, Electrical, Systems, and Instrumentation. He has experience on over 75 aircraft types encompassing general, corporate, heavy commercial aviation, and military aircraft. Mike has an extensive background in Special Ops aircraft and flight test bed integrations including weapons, data acquisition, and firecontrol. He also has his multi-engine pilot's license and 1st Class FCC license with Radar Endorsement.
